Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address, hashed password, billing details (processed by Stripe).

Usage data: tool call logs (tool name, status, duration), deployment history, and project metadata. We do not log the content of your code, files, or AI conversations.

Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate about your account, enforce our Terms and AUP, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

YokeDev uses the following third-party services to operate:

Infrastructure provider: Virtual machine hosting in the United States and European Union. Your project runs on a dedicated virtual machine managed by our infrastructure partner.

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Cloudflare: DNS and TLS. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Resend: Transactional email. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in secure data centers located in the United States and the European Union. Secrets and environment variables are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet). Database connections use TLS. All web traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Each project runs in an isolated virtual machine with no shared resources between customers.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymized usage metrics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement. Code repositories follow the retention policy described in our Terms of Service.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting bryce@plantwideintegration.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may export your project data at any time using the export tools in your dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie for authentication and a CSRF protection cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
