Terms of Service
By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. YokeDev ("the Service") is provided by Plantwide Integration. The Service provides AI-powered development environments including isolated virtual machines, version control, and deployment hosting.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your credentials. You retain ownership of all code you create. YokeDev does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. YokeDev's liability is limited to the lesser of what you have actually paid or $100. Virtual machines are owned by YokeDev; YokeDev retains administrative access for maintenance, security, and troubleshooting. You are responsible for backing up any data not stored in Git. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your code is archived for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
YokeDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Billing is monthly. You will not be charged during your trial period. After the trial, billing begins when you select a plan. You may cancel at any time.
Privacy Policy
We collect your email address, hashed password, and billing information (processed by Stripe). We log tool usage (name, status, duration) and deployment history. We do not log the content of your code, files, or AI conversations.
Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in secure data centers. Secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-128). All traffic uses HTTPS. We use essential cookies only (session and CSRF). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not sell your personal data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting bryce@plantwideintegration.com. We respond within 30 days.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use the Service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: distributing malware, hosting phishing sites, cryptocurrency mining, sending spam, hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material, DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable law.
You must not attempt to access other users' environments, bypass security controls, or interfere with the Service's operation. Excessive resource consumption that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or suspension.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. YokeDev reserves the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
